You will not be able to initiate a return or exchange in our system for orders that contain entirely ineligible items. You also will not be able to initiate a return or exchange in our system until your order has shipped. Once you have received any items from your order that are eligible, the system will allow 14 days for you to then create your return or exchange. After this time period, you can not create a return or exchange.
