We currently offer a 12 hour grace period to allow for any changes to be made to your order. Changes can be requested by responding directly to your confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time period, your order will be processed and we will start preparing and producing your items.
We are unfortunately unable to make any changes to personalized or Made To Order Items after this period. If you would like to avoid creating a future return or exchange, we then, however, can provide assistance. As long as you contact support within 7 days of placing your order, you may request to have sizes adjusted or Stock Items removed for store credit only.
To add additional items to your order after the 12 hour period, please contact support so that we may best help get the items you need ordered.
